spotless apartment = injured back.

Well, on the bright side, my apartment is cleaner than it has been in ages. I was literally on my hands and knees scrubbing the floors. I still have a little organization to do, but it looks awesome. I am quite pleased.

On the not-so-bright side, in the process of this massive cleaning spree, I seemed to have done something to my back. The muscles on the right side hurt a lot. I was having minor spasms earlier, but those seemed to have passed fairly quickly. I’ve been taking it easy all evening, in hopes that whatever I managed to do is feeling better by morning. Between my back tonight and my foot on Thursday, I continue to live up to my reputation of being completely clumsy and accident-prone!

For dinner, I made guacamole for the third time this week. I decided to get out my food scale and see how many chips are actually in a serving. Sadly, a lot less than I usually eat!

I ate about half the guac and saved the rest for tomorrow. I think I’m addicted.

I paired it with a bean enchilada. I feel like it’s all I’ve been eating this week and I’ve got half the pan left still!

I made some air-popped popcorn to nibble on while watching “It’s Complicated” with one of my all time favorite actresses, Meryl Streep. Love, love, love her! The movie was really great, although they probably could have cut out a few scenes. Two hours was just a bit too long for a romantic comedy, in my opinion. Despite the length, I thought it was a great story about family and love. The casting was awesome (especially John Krasinski, I think he’s just fabulous to look at!).

Here’s to feeling better in the morning!
