Good morning!

It’s already been an epic day and we’re only through the keynote address and one session! I’ve got so many notes and things to share; I’ll post that once I can get a more concise summary of the fantastic information!

We started off with breakfast sponsored by Thomas’, Stonyfield, and Quaker.

I paired it with some Starbucks that I grabbed on the walk to the hotel.

Our keynote speaker is Registered Dietician, Christine Palumbo. She spoke a lot about current trends in eating and nutrition, and 11 tips for healthy eating.

The first session I attended was Fueling for Fitness: Perform Well and Recover Quickly from Your Workouts with Rebecca Scritchfield and Heather Calcote; they were introduced by the fabulous Kath.

We’re currently on the morning Quaker break, giving bloggers time to do what we do best: blog and eat!

    It was kinda hilarious seeing everyone on the floor next to the outlets! 🙂 It was great meeting you this weekend, roomie!
