merry Christmas to you and yours.

Merry Christmas!

I hope the holiday is a wonderful one!  Whether or not you celebrate Christmas, I hope that this day, which is so near and dear to my heart, is one of joy.  For those that are struggling this year, I hope you can find hope.  For those that lost a loved one this year, I hope you can find peace.  For those that are away from family and friends, I hope you can find love.  For those that are overseas serving our country, thank you for your sacrifice so we can be safe and I hope that this time next year, you will be home.  For each and every one of you, I hope you find joy.

And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with fear.  And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy that will be for all the people.  For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.  And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.”
Luke 2:9-12

Because the best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear…

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Roman 15:13

Today, I am off to spend time with a few of my loved ones to celebrate the birth of Christ.  Merry Christmas and goodwill to ALL.  I’ll see you all again tomorrow!

grace and peace.
