01.6.11

This day and this week are flying by!  I suppose it helps that it’s a three day work week.  I was off on Monday because of New Year’s falling on a Saturday, then I’m out again tomorrow for a funeral.  Next week will feel so odd working five days.  It’s been awhile since I’ve done that.

breakfast.

I’ve got a can of Libby’s that I need to use up, so pumpkin oats made a repeat appearance this morning.

So good.  Besides the one that’s open, I’ve got one can of pumpkin left from the season.  I think there may just have to be a pumpkin reappearance late spring or so.

lunch.

I couldn’t decided what I wanted for lunch when I was getting ready this morning, so I ended up with a quite random combination.  Morningstar chik’n nuggets, a pear, and some Green Giant cheesy broccoli.


It’s been ages since I’ve had a pear!  I forgot how much I really like them!

I’ve got a run scheduled for my workout tonight, but I’m really feeling like I need some hot yoga in my life so much more.  Perhaps I can fit both in?  We shall see.  I may not fit the run in, but I’d be quite content with a serious stretch and sweat session!

Have you eaten anything lately you forgot how great it was?

    Pears for me too! I got some a few weeks ago because they were on sale and it was so juicy and delicious. I ended up stocking up and have been having one every day for a while now!
